Club History

OUR HISTORY

We began in 1976 as Varsity Lacrosse. In 1981 we became Crowchild Lacrosse in association with the home facility at the Crowchild Twin Arenas. In 1997 we became the Calgary Hornets Lacrosse Association; covering the north quadrant of Calgary.  We have grown considerably over the years and now have boys and girls playing lacrosse from Mini-Tyke to Midget.  We also have three Junior Teams under our Association.  Wranglers Tier 2, Wranglers Tier 3 and the Junior Ladies Cardinals.

OUR ENVIRONMENT

Our Home arenas include Huntington Hills, Brentwood Arena, and Calgary West Soccer Centre and our Jersey colours Green, Orange, White and Black and they feature a lacrosse-playing hornet.
