Members interested in being a trainer this upcoming season need to complete the following and forward to executivedirector@hornetslacrosse.com:
1. Complete Trainer Application
2. If you are already qualified to be a trainer as per the ALA Regulations, please forward a copy of your first aid certification card or proof of appropriate profession;
3. If you need to be certified in the appropriate First Aid Course, please contact executivedirector@hornetslacrosse.com;
4. Complete the Confidentiality Agreement
5. Complete the Risk Management for Trainers
